Mitch Levy Confirms No Longer With KJR

Mitch Levy, the longtime morning show host at Sports Radio 950 KJR in Seattle, confirmed Friday he is no longer with the station. The announcement comes less than two months after Levy was reportedly caught in a prostitution sting in Bellevue. KING 5

    Every news organization is playing this up. Piling on Levy’s misery. I think KARMA is a bitch and everyone will have their time.

    Levy made a mistake. He is paying the price. Let it go.

      Good point, but let’s blame I Heart Radio the way they played it. They could have discussed how they would handle it and avoid a media frenzy the way it happened.

    Fair game in this discussion is what happens, now. KJR can either keep the morning show the way that it is, jettison their sports format, or bring in a new morning host.
    Much of it, or maybe all of it depends on the Book, that is, the ratings.

    Watch for ESPN TV to overhaul their programming. More white hosts to match the majority viewer demographic. ESPN might start leaning CONSERVATIVE rather than PROGRESSIVE. Money talks, righteously indignant minorities walk.

    Zak Burns was saying something to that effect, the other night. I never thought of ESPN as Liberal or Conservative. I thought it was Eastcoast Centric, sort of like Lewis And Clark never existed and the US stops at the Mississippi.
