KOMO Tues 3:45 pm ‘D Garroway’ Dave Garroway who would later host NBC’s “Today” show?? KOMO was NBC Red network at the time. The religious show listings for KXA 770 look a little out of place & I wonder if this was a typesetting error, as these programs probably belong on KRKL 1050 – at a later date, they were regular shows on KNBX 1050 (same owners). On KRKL at 1:01pm is the “King’s Garden” program. This organization would launch a new daytimer KGDN 630 Edmonds to air it’s programming within the year plus an FM – KGFM 105.3 shortly thereafter. On the TV side, it looks like KING-5 has affiliations with all 4 commercial networks of the era & that KTNT-11 had yet to sign an agreement as the CBS outlet for the region.
